Work commences on The Last Plantagenet project in Leicester

Preliminary work has commenced on The Last Plantagenet building in Leicester. The previously derelict building is being prepared for an exciting transformation into high quality student accommodation with plans to form 57 self-contained studio apartments, together with communal lounges, a gym and service facilities.
