Domestic Rear Extension, Elstree

Empace were appointed to provide structural engineering to this rear extension to a domestic property in Elstree, Borehamwood. It is complemented with a large 8m opening that was achieved through structural steel supports, designed and detailed carefully with 3D software to capture the key components required to make it work.
