Domestic Side Extension & Loft Conversion

Empace provided structural engineering support to this domestic project, a side extension and loft conversion to a stone-built house in Idle, Bradford. The new extension and the converted roof space, with its new dormer windows, add living space to the original property while keeping its character. Our work covered the structural design of the new elements and the way they tie into the existing walls and roof.
