Planning approval for Janan's flagship store in Bradford

Janan, the fashion brand founded in Bradford in 2010, has received planning approval for a two-storey extension to its store on Shearbridge Road, creating a new flagship store with more retail and warehouse space and a new frontage.

Empace are the structural engineers for the scheme, working with Morf Architecture as architect and Consult North as project manager. We designed and modelled the new steel frame in 3D, and our work also included the drainage strategy and flood risk assessment that supported the planning application.
